This is when the item:

Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item, if they had known in the first place eg.

  • The item is SIGNIFICANTLY different from the sample or description.
  • The Item doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t be easily fixed.

We DO NOT exchange or refund COLOURS, PEROXIDE, PERMS purchased under ANY circumstance. This is due to these products being of chemical compound and must be stored accordingly so please choose carefully. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Products need to be returned within 14 days
